PRO BUILD INCLUDED

Every e-bike purchased from BV eBikes includes our Pro Build Service:

  • Professional assembly & safety check
  • System setup & adjustment
  • Ride-ready inspection
  • Includes a complimentary 100-mile tune-up


PRIORITY SERVICE

  • Priority scheduling
  • Streamlined diagnostics
  • Access to brand-supported parts


WARRANTY SUPPORT

We assist with all warranty claims and communication.

  • Most brands cover parts; labor coverage varies
  • If labor is not covered, standard service rates apply
  • Some manufacturers reimburse customers directly


SERVICE RATES

  • Labor billed at standard shop rates
  • All work approved before proceeding


STORAGE POLICY

Bikes must be picked up within 14 days of completion unless other arrangements are made

  • $10/day storage fee after 14 days
  • Bikes left over 30 days may be considered abandoned

BV eBIKES SERVICE POLICY

Non-Shop & Non-Dealer E-Bikes

DIAGNOSTIC FEE REQUIRED

A $40 diagnostic fee applies to all e-bikes not purchased from BV eBikes or brands we do not carry.


This includes:

  • Full system check & troubleshooting
  • Electrical/mechanical diagnosis
  • Repair estimate


Basic bike repairs (tires, tubes, chains, brakes, etc.) do not require a diagnostic fee.


If a repair is quick and straightforward, we may reduce or waive the diagnostic fee at our discretion.


Parts & Compatibility Support
Level 1 - Quick Lookup (No Charge or Minimal Fee)

If the part is obvious and quick to source (common tubes, chains, brake pads, etc.),

→ No additional fee


Level 2 - Basic Research ($15-$25)

If it requires a quick lookup or verification (5-15 minutes):

→ $20 Parts Support Fee


Level 3 - Advanced Sourcing ($50+ or Hourly)

If it requires extended time, emails, or manufacturer outreach:

→ $50 minimum or $95/hour


OR you may source and provide your own parts


REPAIR & LABOR

Standard labor rates apply for all repairs Approval required before work begins
